Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SixAnchorLabs ("we"), which runs PTrack. By creating an account or using PTrack, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
PTrack is a progress tracker for self-taught programmers, security learners, and bug bounty hunters. You log your learning and achievements, and we turn them into points, streaks, charts, and reports. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Give accurate information, and use an email address you control.
- One person per account. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may reclaim usernames that break this.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PTrack to plan, record, or promote illegal activity, including hacking systems you don't have permission to test.
- Attack, probe, or overload PTrack itself, or try to access other users' data. (Found a vulnerability? Report it to devsecknight@gmail.com; good-faith reports are welcome.)
- Upload malware, or other people's personal data, credentials, or stolen information.
- Use bots or scripts to create accounts, inflate points, or scrape the service.
- Resell or share access to paid features.
4. Security research and bug details
PTrack lets you track bug bounty work. You are responsible for making sure any testing you log was authorised, and for following each program's rules, including confidentiality and disclosure policies. Don't store secrets, live credentials, customer data, or full working exploits for unfixed issues in your entries. Public profiles show only what's described in our Privacy Policy; choose carefully what you mark as featured.
5. Your content
You own what you put in PTrack. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the service for you (for example, showing your public profile if you turn it on). We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it. You can export or delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and payments
- New accounts start with a free trial (no card needed). When it ends, you choose a paid plan (Pro or Ultimate) to keep using PTrack; your data is kept.
- Launch prices apply to subscriptions started before January 1, 2027. After that, regular prices apply to new subscriptions.
- PTrack plans: Plan features and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change; if a change reduces a paid plan you've already bought, it applies from your next billing period.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes, invoices, and receipts. Their terms apply to the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
- Student discounts (when offered) are for current students using their school email. We may withdraw a discount used by someone who isn't eligible.
- Paid plans may not be available yet; until they are, no payment is taken.
7. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, once per account, as described in our Refund Policy. A refund cancels the subscription and returns your account to the free plan.
8. Founding Members
The first 50 verified accounts receive Ultimate free for as long as PTrack operates, plus a Founding Member badge. This benefit belongs to the account and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. It may be removed if the account breaks these terms.
9. Affiliates
Our affiliate program is run through Lemon Squeezy and follows their affiliate terms. Self-referrals, spam, misleading ads, and bidding on our brand name are not allowed, and commissions earned that way may be cancelled.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using PTrack and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first.
11. Disclaimers
PTrack is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Points, streaks, and reports are a motivation tool, not a certification or a measure of professional skill. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above and let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use PTrack after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. We'll always try to resolve problems informally first, so please contact us.
